emily is away is a series of games about nostalgic internet experiences and disasterous relationships with a girl named emily (or evelyn if you prefer, in the second and third games). the first two games are based on aim (aol instant messenger), but the third game, which this layout is based on, takes place in facenook. music is also featured heavily in the series - each character has a genre or two that they enjoy, and they have youtoob playlists that they post and send to you!

the achievements for 1 & 2 are almost entirely just putting in codes to get secret icons and then using them lol so it's just kinda grind-y. the one achievement i'm missing from 3 is getting all the endings which is... even more grind-y lmao. but i'll get there eventually

i like both emily and evelyn (i do kinda prefer evelyn though) but my fave character (and i think a lot of people's fave character lol) is mat! i don't even really like men like that but i wish he were romanceable i think it would be really interesting storywise lol
